I can ping the computer by name but not with the IP Address for the VPN Local network. Normally you can ping by the IP and not by the name so this is strange to me. In other words, if your VPN side LAN has a network of 192.168.3.0 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, do NOT use the same address range inside VPN Settings, Dynamic IP Address Network.
